Normally, we ship your print(s) within 2-4 working days. ​ If UK, please allow 7 working days to receive your print. If Europe, please allow 10 working days. If Outside of Europe, please allow 15 working days.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please email us immediately typebyme@hotmail.com

Please inform us typebyme@hotmail.com of your decision to return your order with valid fault. Faulty goods can be returned within 14 days for a refund for the cost of the item (exc. P&P). ​ Once the item is returned we will reimburse the item cost within 14 days of returned item being received. ​*Personalised prints AND wedding stationary are non refundable*.

Unfortunately we do not ship with tracking number. A4 and smaller size wall prints are posted as large letter and therefore the post office doesn't provide a tracking number. If the order goes outside UK, there won't be a tracking number unless requested. Please note the delivery charge will be higher.
