Shipping Policy

Normally, we ship your print(s) within 2-4 working days.
​
If UK, please allow 7 working days to receive your print.
If Europe, please allow 10 working days. If Outside of Europe, please allow 15 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy
​
Faulty goods can be returned within 14 days for a refund for the cost of the item (exc. P&P).
​
I do NOT accept returns if the colour in some prints isn't expected (I don't use metallic foil and it's written in the description so you shouldn't be surprised when it's not)

Please inform us typebyme@hotmail.com of your decision to return your order with valid fault.
​
Once the item is returned we will reimburse the item cost within 14 days of returned item being received.
​
​*Personalised prints AND wedding stationary are non refundable*.
