All of our products are printed to the highest quality on 250gsm fine gloss paper.

Faulty goods can be returned within 14 days for a refund for the cost of the item (exc. P&P).

Please inform us - typebyme@hotmail.com - of your decision to return your order with valid fault.

Once the item is returned we will reimburse the item cost within 14 days of returned item being received. 

​Personalised prints are non refundable.

Normally, we ship your print(s) within 2-4 working days.

If UK, please allow 7 working days to receive your print. If Europe, please allow 10 working days. If Outside of Europe, please allow 15 working days.
